Sat. 5/10 at LVD..... Saturday turned out to be a perfect raceday at LVD. Perfect weather and awesome traction. More competent starting line/track cleanup personnel, more tech people, and hardly no oildowns or lengthly cleanups/delays. Saw a few LS GTO's, a red LS1 Z28, and a yellow C5 stick Corvette. I saw a gold GTO and the Vette each make low 12.20's passes...anyone here own these? People doing T/T were getting almost all the passes they wanted in the morning, and plenty in the afternoon....We (CMDR) were there for our 2nd race of the season. Overall, a very good day at the Valley. WJ

I am currently w/out a race car. I've owned 2 new SS Camaro's over the past 8 yrs., a '99 M6, then a '02 A4. Very successful at the track w/them both. Got out when I sold the '02 after the '05 track season. My next track project will be a LSX-powered 1964 Chevelle Malibu, when I've found the right car. WJ
