I was just about to post this article actually. Some interesting info here. One engine will be a 300+ hp V6. It also says that the SS will have the LS3 while the Z28 will get a blower and 500-ish hp. Shouldn't that be the other way around?

It needs a tasteful spoiler to complete the look, then it will be bad-f'n-*** through and through. I can't wait to see this thing rolling around on the street.

Economy and energy crisis may have the last say on both of these cars, unfortunately.... WJ

Agreed. I'm driving a diesel truck daily so fuel prices whether it be $4.59 a gallon or $2.00 gallon I'm driving either way. I think the new camaro will be sick though. The challenger is nice, but I like the Camaro way better. Just looks more badass

The taillights look bland IMO but they will probably come up with something better for production, as they will with much of the exterior. I'm trying not to nit pick just yet, I love the basic shape of the car.

The tail lights I seem to like. I think it gives a nice subtle touch to the rear of the car

Typical GM. They come out with a slew of badass RWD V8 powered cars right after cheap gas is over. I really like the camaro and G8GXP but its 5 yrs late to the party.Vettes and CTS-Vs will still sell because if you got that much green gas dont hurt yet. They better get the VOLT right because thats the future.

I think the car looks pertty good but its wierd seeing the Z/28 being better than the SS IMO and I think chevy could be on a good thing with the turbocharged motor for better gas mileage but they better make it a V6 because if they use the 4 I don't think it will help because of how heavy the car is
