Good luck finding someone. There are plenty of people willing to learn but very hard to find someone experienced.I've been looking for years.

Move to CT I'll do it at night/weekends. I'll work cheap too, lemme buy parts at cost and free dyno time, that would cover about 1/2 my cost

I have had a revolving door of people that work for me.

the good ones are still with me.
the first person my fatherer hired 35 years ago still to this day works for us, his son also works for us for over 10 years now. they are my best guys. another one of my guys was 20 years old when he started working for my father, he was a cook, now 26 years later he is one of my managers and the best one i have ever had.

we also have a few guys 10 years or more. we treat them right and they treat us right.
others come and go, but when we find a good one, we try to grab on because good help is very very hard to find

I told you I have a GM Certified tech looking for a new job. He was in charge of pulling apart LS1's for bearing replacement at the dealer for 8 years. Match his pay and he's yours haha.
