I have been pulling my hair out trying to find this water leak in my car. Long story short, I spun a bearing in my LS1, it sat for 2 years, under a car cover, and now it leaks water bad in the driver floor board, right under my heels.

The cowl drains look fine unless what I'm looking at isn't the drains (the slope down to the sides) I still vacuumed them out. The hood latch cable is also in its grommet, as well as the throttle cable.

Any help is appreciated greatly

Hey guys first time posting, I need of some help
I’ve got a 2000 gu patrol with an ls1 turbo

i built the Ute a few years back been fixing little things up here and there it was running great for a year or so. Coolent got low one day so I topped it up and after that it kept getting hot I done a co2 test and it come back positive
I removed the heads couldn’t really see where the head gasket had blown

I also found bearings and rings were stuffed from low oil pressure so I replaced all bearings, rings lifters etc
checked block and heads too see if they were warped with a straight edge everything looked okay
Fitted new head gaskets new bolts and torqued correctly
also changed the radiator and water pump with a thermostat
started it today but is still getting hot after a few hours of trying to bleed the cooling system
I done a co2 test again and it was positive again
what should I check now
I was going to separate the turbo cooling side incase it’s leaking computation into the cooling side of the turbo

any help or suggestions would be much appreciated
