Not sure why you're asking this in this section but...
Supposedly the FAST will make more power down low and midrange but the Victor will pull ahead above 6500. So unless you have a very high revving track only car they aren't a better option.

well i didn't have a fast 90/90. i had the NX intake i switched from. when i swapped, i picked up way better after 3500 rpms with it wanting to keep going past the 6500 limiter i had. i had a 408 motor, so i really felt no loss under 3000 rpms. from what i've read, the FAST seems to be slightly better under 3000 rpms and the vic jr picks up better after 4500 rpms. this is why i went vic jr. as far as the cowl goes, i got the edelbrock elbow for the f-bodies. no cutting of the cowl was needed. if you are going with a 4 bbl TB, then you'll need to live without wipers.

there is virtually no difference in price with either intake/tb combos. you can pickup the FAST 92/92 at TSP for 1100 dollars. you will easily spend that with the VJ intake, elbow, fuel rails, and 92 tb. then you will have to buy/build some kind of extension to get it to meet the airlid.

i`ve been going back and forth on the same thoughts for a while and i`m still up in the air on what i want to do, the only thing that could make this more confusing to me is if i had the money to buy either lol

i spent right at $1000.00 doing mine. that included making the fuel line connections from the hard line to the fuel rails and that wonderful home depot air lid to TB connection.

I really appreciate all the info. Also what size elbow are you running? Edelbrock makes three different sizes, ultra low pro, low pro, and high flow. Anyone know what is the biggest one you can use with the stock hood?

I have the ultra low profile on mine and I seriously doubt any of the other ones will fit under the stock hood. The point with the lowest clearance is at the mouth of the elbow where the throttle body attaches. There is about 1/2" clearance between that point and the center support rail under my stock TA hood.
As for attaching the TB to the lid, I just put a cone filter right on the mouth of the throttle body.
