Default Standing one mile event 10.10.10

One mile to get up to your maximum speed and one mile to get it under control.
Burnout contest sponsored by local shop that are members of this forum.
They will be listed on the site in a day or so. They are giving a pair of NITTOS any size to the winner of the burnout contest. The crowd will be the judge of this venue.

its in south florida, 30-40 miles west of miami, on the tamiami trail.

last year i drove down from vero beach and it wasnt a bad drive. hopefully this year will be a little cooler, it was hell last year. also bring you own supplies, food, drink, shade, chairs.

so about 5 hours south of me XD might be worth it still hehe. Dyno time is hard to come by sometimes.

DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL WE HAVE TO POSTPONE OUR OCTOBER EVENT. IT LOOKS LIKE THE NEXT EVENT WILL BE HELD IN DECEMBER OF THIS YEAR.

I only have a stock car now and it all I could muster up was 175mph in the mile. I really need to get my *** in gear and starting doing some mods. Either way I will be there in december.

I had DLM do a few builds for me both when he was in Miami and now in his new shop in Ft Lauderdale. I have been wanting to boost my new car but I will have to wait till next year before adding a set of hairdryers.


Where in S. Florida is your shop located Mike?
