TPS issue and others after Miami shop. Tampa shop recommendations please.
EDITED UPDATE:
Just got my car back from a Miami shop after swapping Ported LS6's/cam and FAST 90 for Ported L92's, L76, and custom cam.
Couldn't even connect my efilive at first because they did NOT put the cig/accy fuse back. They also didn't reconnect my Oil pressure and Coolant temp a-pillar gauges
Guess it's no surprise about the rest of the car not being right (not the first time they've made . . . mistakes).
This is what I got back:
They had my car for 2 1/2 months and told me for the last month and a half it would be done next week ... They said that every week.
1. They did NOT replace my master cylinder. This will cost me $3-400 bucks here.
2. My PCM diagnostics port was NOT working.
3. The oil pressure and coolant temperature A-pillar gauges were NOT working. Not sure how much $ this is gonna cost me to connect.
4. My TPS wires were CUT and RETAPED!(preventing any ability to tune) Had to pay $60 to track this down and fix.
5. Corsa catback was going to fall off. $60 fix.
6. Header gaskets were BAD causing leaks on 2 primaries; in turn causing a HIGH false lean to the point where the car was almost stalling. Now I have to pay another shop to do a header gasket swap. $350 quote.
7. 2 gorilla lug nuts were NOT on the front wheels.
8. My $280 Hotchkis Strut Tower Brace is MISSING from the car.
9. One of my Firehawk center caps is NOT on or IN the car (they are out of production and cost $100-150 used ... IF there are any for sale).
10. My old $350 Vindicator camshaft was NOT in my car.
11. These guys were "maintaining" our cars for the past couple of years. I asked them on half a dozen occasions to check my tranny fluid: YUP, they never checked - it was 2 1/2 quarts low.
All the above is MECHANICAL, NOT tune related.
THIS IS NOT **** TALKING RAY!
These are the FACTS.

TPS reads 0% at all throttle positions.
I never had a problem like this. The one other forum member said it should read 100% if it's unplugged at 4.5Volts. He says mine has no power going to it at all.
I guess I need to know which one is the power wire and track that down ... Maybe

The throttle body is operational.
Corvettes throttle bodies operate differently from F-bodies.
When logging, the car is REPORTING 0%. YES; the car runs. It just reports 0%. Hence the 122 DTC.
It is doubtful that the situation is tune related. Nothing in the tune was changed, only mechanical parts.
This is what I need to know; which wire/wires/fuse/fuses can cause the issue.

I have an appointment with Formato tomorrow afternoon. I have never dealt with his company and only know OF him through the forums. I am PRAYING he is a professional and knows his stuff.
The shop that did my current work eg.
H/C/I swap and replace my leaking oil pan and shot master cylinder. Other than that EVERYTHING on my car was in perfect working condition with all parts present and accounted for.

My TPS is NOT functioning/powered or whatever (preventing any ability to tune)

Check for power, ground at your connector first, should be 5volts, ground should have low resistances, then Ohm the signal wire to the PCM. I have had a lot of issuse with the ground on the back cylinder head like said above. With NO ground u won't get a reading out of it.
