I need a Jpeg converted to a vector image.

Can any one here convert a Jpeg to vector image without charging me an arm and a leg? It's not a rush job, so you pretty much take your time. And please no FREEWARE converters, lol...

This is for a logo that will be put on a jacket with embroidering.
