I think my HP Tuner module has a fault. Is there anyone localish to Deltona that can let me troubleshoot and make sure it isn't my cables? I will use my computer and vehicle....
Thanks in advance!!

It's saying like no com port open and when I attempt to just connect the tuner to computer it doesn't find it. If I plug in either USB or to car port, it illuminates the power light on the HPTuner module...

I have the updated software. I just need to try your cable with my computer. Bring it with you to my party on the 20th :-)

I think you need to install the latest drivers, the HPTuners
interface is too much of a one-off for Mr. Bill to have any
clue.

Just download them, do it and see.

Even if they look up to date, working through the install
in sequence as directed may still help get its mind right.

Jimmieblue - spot on. All fixed! Thanks to everyone and to HPTuners for their quick email responses and online forum support.

I was going to say what jimmie said. You can download the program, but sometimes the drives still need to be installed. I hate when I buy a new tuning laptop because once a year I have to remember how to configure the drivers.
