Can/will anyone help with a couple mod install's?
OK, I have an LS2 GTO. I'm really wanting an lS3 top-end, stall, and cam. However, if I have to pay a shop to install, I'm probably only going to be able to do the ls3 top-end and tune, then wait for the cam/stall. If any of you guys can help me with the install's, then i could get it all done. I could throw you a little money ($100-$200?) or I could buy you lunch/dinner and beer. Honestly, if you could help with any of it, that would help. I figure the heads/intake would be easy, but I know nothing of the cam install. Also, I figure it shouldn't be too hard to swap out my stall with the right tools. If anyone can help, it would honestly be greatly appreciated. Even if their was a few of us. In return, besides money or beer, I could lend a helping labor hand with any projects you may have. Thank you
Steve

Right now, all I have is the LS3 intake. I just made an attempt to buy a stall in the F/S forum, but it got sold just before me. I'm going to go ahead and buy some pushrods, intake rockers, pedestal stands right now, then pick up the LS3 heads new, next week. Tempted to just do the LS3 top-end now, get a tune, and in a few months do the cam and stall. I've just never assembled rockers onto the heads nor have I gottne further then swapping intake manifolds, so I'd love for someone who has done it to make sure I don't screw it up. Like said though, if someone can show me how to do it right, I can buy everything because of not having to pay install fee's.

Read all you can. There are a ton of articles and pictures on here on all of the above. You want to be prepared so that you don't just spectate!
If I were you, I would do it all at once. Save yourself the expense of multiple retunes. That can waste a lot of $$$.

Going to text you right now. If anyone needs the LS2 top-end as well ( stage 2 ported intake, rails, injectors, and fully assembled heads), then I can give a real good deal to whoever helps me out. I save money, you save money lol.

Ok cool. Well, we can get through the heads/intake install. I doubt that's really that hard. I'll probably just have the stall installed somewhere, probably FTI. I'll do the cam summer next year. I want to try for 11's with the top-end and stall
