Default 03/17 gm jax meet

Hey everyone just seeing who might be able to attend this upcoming Saturdays meet. I was thinking maybe we could meet at the usual spot and then cruise to a restaurant, grab a bite to eat and hang out for awhile. Just to throw some suggestions out there Wings and bbq are typically good choices but if anyone has any other choices please suggest. If i can get a list of everyone thats interested I could even do a call ahead to the restaurant so they can arrange seating for us if we have a larger group.Got a week to plan but dont want to wait until the last minute.

I'm in for sure. The restaraunt thing is a good idea. Just to throw some other places out there, Hurricane wings and Ale House both have good food and good drink prices. Both of those are off of San Jose which is close to the meet spot at Pier One

Those are both good ideas. depending upon how many people we end up having Ale house may be better suited. The hurricane wings that i have been in have been pretty small inside not sure of that particular one though

Sounds like a plan! I'd love to go to Gainesville as well. I've only ever made ONE pass at any track and it was Gainesville this year at their Import Faceoff event. I spun pretty badly but ran 13.2 @ 106. I'm officially hooked!

Gainesville Raceway schedule: www.autoplusraceway.com/apcm/templates/news.asp?articleid=48770&zoneid=65

After the 24th and 31st, Saturday TNT's are done until September. The 24th is a diesel drags so it may be busier than the 31st in my opinion.

True I was forgetting about that. Very good point. Was thinking about 9 like usual. Wondering if we should just move it until the next weekend?

I'm still in, but I thought st pattys was the next weekend... Oh well, it will be busy but 9 is pretty early for most places. I probably will not make next weekend if we decide to move it. Im going out of town this sunday until saturday and most likely will stay in
