Don't drive on the sand with your f-body, the sand will get in your bearings and seals and destroy them. And the salt will rust any exposed metal, trust me, even the salt air is rough. I usually go on Test and tune once a month or so and get a good number of passes in, we wouldn't even have to rent the track out IMO
