Congs to you SEC and Florida Gator fans out there.
My favorite college football team is FSU and followed by Michigan. FSU because that's who I grew up watching and Michigan because I can't fucking stand Ohio state fuck eyes.
With that being said Florida is the right team to go. Michigan had their chance and blew it. Florida had IMO the hardest schedule over the past 5 years this season and they get better every week.
I of course am not a Florida fan but I damn sure will be buying a Gator's shirt and hat for the game. After the game the shirt and hat can chill in the closet with my Miami gear from when Miami and Oh. st played.

Anyways congs, and for the love of Florida I hope they win. We have to many Ohio people here and I damn sure can stand to hear them yell OH----IO anymore.

im looking forward to an outstanding game. i think our defensive is going to get some shit done. the have been playing great all year and now they get to show america that they deserve to be there i cant wait.

funny thing is i work with a bunch of ohio state fans. im the only gators fan in my shop. hahaha i love it b/c when they win the victory will be that much better

I tell Ohio fan's all the time as they are bragging about how great Ohio is that if it's so nice to take their asses back there.
I saw some stat's a couple years ago, that had to do with Lee county.
Don't quote me on this, but it said something like if everyone from Ohio moved out of Lee county we would have like 18% fewer people, 26% less traffic, and 12% fewer red shirts. I can't remember who did the study, but the red shirts was the funny one.

I work with 6 OSU fans and I will say that, collectively, they are the most arrogant bunch of people I have ever met. None of them even watch college football, all they know is that they are from "the midwest" and that OSU is #1. I can't wait for UF to piss in their cornflakes. GO GATORS!!!!

I hate the Canes and Seminoles but whenever they play an out of state team that isn't Syracuse I'll cheer them on, I love Florida and I'll rout on anything that makes this state look better. And if Ohio is in the midwest so is Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Alabama, and Louisiana. Ohio is just as much part of the Northeast as Vermont and Maine.
I'll have pics of this up tommorow when it is light out. But last time I was back home in Orlando, one of my best friends is an Ohio State fan, so I snagged one of his t-shirts. Went to wally world and bought some orange and blue ducktape (only place I knew would have ducktape in those colors) and made a ghetto ass orange circle with a blue line crossing out ohio state. It's hanging on the rail of my balcony now lol.

Just stopping by to say "hey". As others have mentioned, I'm just really looking forward to a good game. A part of me really would have loved to seen a rematch, but IMO, I don't think that would have actually proven who the technical national champ would have been being that it would have just evened things up 1-1 with scUM. My boss is a Florida alum, so the next few weeks should be a lot of fun going back and forth with her. It's going to be a long wait till the 8th.

andy this is the one and only time i will reply to you in this thread. there is a difference b/w a fan and someone that has no respect and just wants to run his mouth about "a team" (fill in any team). OSU has been #1 all season and is extremely deserving of that spot. but the attitude of MANY OSU fans is that UF does not deserve to come into that game and is some low pos b/c we are some media darling (go ask espn). UF was "given" a spot to play (and loose to) OSU in this national championship game.

one can be passionate and have respect for another team. i have respect for OSU. i am looking forward to a great game, reguardless of the outcome. i dont disrespect the other side. i wouldnt go into an OSU bar, home, or party and disrepect or run my mouth about that team. i have class and respect. many OSU fans are turning "confidence" and "trash talk" into a disrespectful ugliness. if i were an OSU alum or fan i would greatly be embarrassed by the brashness and big head attitude of that many fans. jill is no doubt a KU fan and has been since birth. the only time she roots against the gators is when the teams play each other. every other game she, like a class act, shows class and does not disrepect other teams or talk about how untalented they are. i am not going to dispute you have been a fan for 25 years. but then again i dont remember you ever talking about OSU untill they were #1.

as for northern people taking their money and business out of the state.....welp, go right ahead. there will be 2 more filling your one spot everyday. get over yourself as a "northerner" and maybe you will see you are a resident of the state of FLORIDA. you are showing that ugly head with your big "northern" money. i guess without it all the them parks and golf courses would sink into the swamps or drift into the ocean lol!

i agree with you 100% on this. i work with some OSU fans and they are ass holes when it comes to talking about this game. they have no idea what florida has done all year except win close games they dont relize that our defnesive has shut down some outstanding offenses this year. i dont even think most of them have watched a game all year. do OSU fans reliaze they got SHUT OUT in the second half of that game agaist a illinios team that is unranked that team only won 2 games all year. and i think that michigan defense might be a little overrated i know there good but they didnt play any outstanding offenses expect OSU. and you cant say ND is good they played NO ONE this year

i dont think they relaize what kinda teams the gators played this year. i think its going to be a good game and i do believe the gators are going to come out on top. im not just saying that b/c im a florida fan but that florida D is outstanding and the offense is alot better then they have played all year.

i do hope that the offesive cordiator gets fired in the off season. i think he is horrible. maybe he will prove him self this year. but maybe tits just b/c us gator fans were so use to the steve suppier days. oh well
