Default need a 350 sbc shortblock
Don't need anything too fancy. looking for a cheap pre '86 and prefer a 4 bolt main block. looking to just put a new oil pump, main and rod bearings then slap heads and cam into it and drive!
got lots of parts if someone is looking to trade.
have a 700r4 with master rebuild kit, LS1 performance/stock parts and body parts.

might want to hone and rering while your at it. It would suck if you did what you mentioned and started it and had tons of blow by
