This will be the last weekend for "The Corner" at Hwy 50+ Orange After 15 - 20 years of hotrodders meeting and hanging out on Fri and Sat nights at "The Corner" this will be the last weekend. The state has bought all the property from Orange Av to I4 to build a new onramp over the railroad tracks(from what I was told). I plan to go bracket race in Lakeland and then after the race go to the corner on Sat night like I have for so many years.

If that's true than damn it was a great run for all the guys and us that have been going up there for sooo many years....It's really sad how much time really changes everything over the years...I grew up in lake mary and just the way that town has changed over the last 10-15 years is crazy in itself....all of this damn development and changes is getting frustrating and over bearing for me...i'm actually ready to get out of florida and thinking about tennessee or north carolina....Anyways end rant there lol....Well i'm sure there is going to be another spot to meet that we will find a way...
