I have been reading a ton about the turbo set ups you guys are doing.....


I bought a 2003 4.8 chevy truck motor, wiring, ECU, all the asseseries, and trans today. I am planning to put this in a grand national. I want to do a turbo set up also. the faburcation wont be a problem. I am looking for advice on the turbo, injector, how to control and tune the stock computer from the truck. I tuning is going to be the biggest hurdle for me.

Can anyone reccomend a good tuner in the Birmingham AL area? I am new to EFI tunning. I am building this to be a street car and want it safe.

Cool project, but you are probably going to find more tuning advice for that setup on a truck forum. Also check at turbomustangs.com - they have a lot of info over there and, contrary to the name, have a lot of non-mustang folks.

There is a guy on here that has already done what you are trying to do. He has a 6.0/4l80e in a GN. You will have problems if you are going to try and keep the a/c. Hopefully he will chime in here.
