Default What spark plugs and gap should I run?

I'm getting pretty close to cranking my car but am not sure about the what plugs and gap to run. My car has totaly stock internals except for a TR224 cam, I have a JGS 50mm W/G with the softest spring they have (they say it should make about 9#'s of boost) & the turbo is a Garrett 76 with a .96 ex AR. I have no plans right now of running meth or race gas but have no clue where to start with the plugs and gap in a boosted application.

TR6s should do you fine. We started the season with them and moved to 7s and then 8s as we turned the wick up.

The tr6 plug works good up to a point.

To Rickys S/C Z28 a colder plug than that is the NGK BR7EF, but it has to be ordered.

I run a BR7EF gapped at .028 (my Napa had them in stock)

I found a plug with a melted ground strap (TR6).....never saw any knock........now that I am running the 7's everything is working great.

I switched to a 7 because I was burning the 6's as well. They looked all redish and stuff so I switched and have not had a problem since.

We ran the 6s until mid season, and went 5.82@119 with them @3300lbs. I guess it depends on how aggressive your tune up is really.
