Default twin turbo with vette manifolds

Ive been looking around and doing the research and it seems the truck manifolds are a good route to go but with them being cast and the size it is basically telling you where abouts you are going to put the turbos. Im putting a LS1 in a third gen and doing a twin setup and basically for the looks of it because I know a large single is easier. Well the real question is has anyone tried using the vette manifolds the C6 zo6 ones can make it so i can mount a turbo on each side of the engine right next to the valve covers of with the regular c6 ones I have more freedom of placement but there will be more fab work.

It is still in the air and I might still go with a single but I was wondering if anyone had or tried using those manifolds.

and yes I searched before posting and here are some pics of the manifolds

I am in the process of building a twin turbo setup with the C6 manifolds right now. I'll get a thread going once I get some more parts.

boy is that thing ugly! LOL...

...anyway, I am working (baaaaaaack burner) on a thirdgen with an LS1/ turbo and Im pretty sure the vette manifolds didn't fit it facing up (or down). Not 100% but I think I tried most manifolds in the shop and didnt have much luck. It does have truck manifolds on it now facing down but it took major k-member surgery (stock K)

im getting a tubular k member and I think ill be going with a single and truck manifolds but If anyone has a setup with these I would like to see it. Im going to get the coil relocation kit too.to clean up the top of the engine.

As soon as i sell an ATI kit that i have ill start piecing everything together

Back from the dead.

Do the stock C6 manifolds work on a Fbody, without flipping them foward??
Would you need a aftermarket K member? or would the stock K memeber work?
