Will the GT-67 support 15 PSi???????
 
Hey guys i have a 99 Camaro just got done with the engine its now forged i had a GT-60 on my car & actually blew it up now i need to upgrade to a bigger turbo money is a little tight right now so my question is will a GT-67 support 15 psi???? I know they say its good for 750 crank horse but how much will this turbo support at the rear tires & will it be fine at 15 psi Just needed to know before i go & buy this turbo cause i do want to run roughly around 15 psi.thanks guys

yes, but it will run out of steam really quick. If you are looking to run in the 15psi range go to a T76.

There's going to be too much airflow for the turbocharger to keep up with.

:bang: it's too small. You need a larger turbo such as a 76.

at 4500rpm u may have 15 psi, but at 5000 you may have 12, and at 5500 10... rough bull shit numbers of course, but you get the point, it cant flow enough cfm... its not about PSI, psi is bull shit, psi means restriction, CFM is what matters... if you can get 1000 cfm at 5 psi ur doing way better than 800 cfm at 30 psi :)
