Airesearch turbo's.

I am thinking of picing one up used. Is this a good product? It is a BB turbo with 100 miles on it. Anyone who can give me input,that knowswhat they are talking about, lease help me out. Thanks.
It is an Airesearch 90mm BB turbo.
