Boost & power increase going from 3.5" twins to the bigger 4.5" twins?

Default Boost & power increase going from 3.5" twins to the bigger 4.5" twins?

I have the procharger 3.5" twin intercoolers with a D1-sc on the car now, Switching over to the 4.5" twins, What power and boost increase should i see, doing nothing else?

With meth injection I really don't see it doing to much.

I agree, you probably won't feel the difference since you have methanol injection. The larger intercoolers will indeed help to keep the inlet air temps down, but adding the methanol injection will have made the biggest difference. Bob

the only increase you will see is in the form of higher efficiency with regard to pressure drop. The larger intercoolers will absorb less boost under heavy flow rates.

i heard the 4.5 coolers flow past 14 psi, unlike the 3.5's and where ever your at , max boost on the 3.5's you will pick up one full pund of boost . does this sound right.

i do agree with the methanol injection that my intake temps are very low as it is and by switching over to the 4.5's that i wont make any more power that way but if the 4.5's will free up 1 psi that should be good for 20-30 hp NO?
