Nice job! I too think the 130 is indicating something - belt slip or blowing through the converter. With that RWHP you should be much higher, I would also think 140+mph. I went 133 mph with 609RWHP, of course that was unlocked, so it isn't apples to apples with your car. However, I was making 9 psi with a 7.250/3.55 combo and am probably close to your raceweight.

9's is VERY impressive at that weight nonetheless! I am hoping for a HIGH 9 myself when the weather gets here. I really need to weigh my car. It is complete as yours and I just added a bolt Wolfe 6pt (another 65 lbs), but up'd the boost to 12.5/13# to make up for it. I am now running a 7.25/3.2 puley combo.

Killer 60' BTW!!

Curious what your 1/8 mile numbers were too.

I wish I knew the 1/8 ET and MPH, it was midnight drags so they gave us no slips, all the tower would tell me was the 60'. I'm assuming the converter is slipping now, I went through the traps at 6500 with a 28" DR and 3.73's. I should be closer to 145-150MPH at 6500 RPM with that setup. I have a free restall from PI so we're gonna pull the tranny next week, run through it and send the converter off.

I'll get the video up tonight so you guys can see, thanks for the comments!

EDIT: The humidity was 92% but it was chilly, most people were down a few MPH and the car has gone 134 before, but I'm assuming it's letting go because of the RPM at the end.

Congrats, not many blower cars in the 9's.

Your low mph could be belt slippage, or converter issue (inefficient etc.).

6500 with a good converter and 3.70s/28" tire should put you a little over 135 so you are probably blowing through the converter some.

That's what I'm thinking, luckily, it should be a free fix from PI with the free re-stall. It's just pulling the tranny, but part of it I guess!
