You answered your own question. They are custom built so you need a fab shop near you. Probably no off the shelf units for that unless josh a KYTurbo has his sets done.

without relocating how is the downpipe ran?

I would imagine on the driver side underneath the collector then down. Or just relocate the alternator, would probably be alot nicer that way. lol
