good job being a young guy doing this. I built my first turbo kit when I was a SR in hs, 2nd freshman year in college, 3rd sophomore year in college. First two were LT1, 3rd was LS1.

Sick write up man!
Alittle more detail would be nice though, like running vaccum lines, making the cold side and matrial used to make the piping. Oh and how you did the radiator and fans. That would help alot of people out in their build.
Really makes me want to turbo my car.

it's getting kinda annoying people wanting more info on every aspect of a truck manifold build. this thread was just an overview of how to build a hotside for an LSX with flipped truck manifolds.

Im 19 and im performing a LS1 swap in my Lexus IS300, I also am doing the work myself and would also like to learn how to weld.

What kind of fuel system are you using? I'm pretty much putting all of this together in my driveway, and a friend of mine and me are like, "what are we going to do for a fuel system?" I looked at him, and was like, "Havent thought about that yet..."
Most people take smoke breaks or food breaks or whatever...
...WE take ls1tech breaks. hhahahahahahahahaha.
So far I'm probably going with Nasty Performances Single Pump hotwire kit, but if everyone would rather see it get duals it will.

I know what you mean miller, but shouldnt there be a sticky for every part at least? or one big sticky?
I'm building a setup identical to this, and theres not a fuel system sticky, or a FMIC/Cold side sticky...
I've managed to find various parts of what I need to know through little posts here and there, but I'm going to do a step by step writeup of my fuel system build as I do it, and then post it.
