yeah i didnt really feel like listing everything done as the car is no where near stock. maybe i should say the only thing stock is some of the interior panels, some metal and some frame, and a stock block. everything else is aftermarket or hand fabbed. lol

its a precision turbo. i was going to do a 88, but got a unbelievable price on this one

AEM is for a honda. AEM has the version 1 (older version) and the version 2. they only sell the version 2 now. has some new features to it, but dont ask me what they are as i know very little about it.

So what's the Precision model #/name on this turbo?

I'm running the AEM for the fbody 99-02 in mine but it is a version 1 setup. My understanding is that they are still selling it as we just bought 3 of them. We put the first one in my car and I got the software all figured out. In the next couple of days, I'll be starting tuning on BonnarLS1's car. I'm assuming that the guy that is doing it for you has done it before. Would be interested to hear how he is planning on firing the coils and what he is doing about the crank and cam triggers. That is unless you are going to a distributor setup of some sort. Also curious as to why he doesn't use the older plug-n-play box.

not sure about the part number. it is a few years old. it was on a car for 15 passes then taken off as he was to afraid to drive the car anymore. was built to run in a 91mm class so the fins were cut to accomplish this.

the honda box's are alot cheaper then the plug n plays, and has no more benefits, you just have to know how to wire the coils to run wasted spark, and set the dwell time. i am not using a distributor. he has tune alot of AEM's, it is the same tuner/builder that built navy daves car (dave runs a AEM as well).

Going to be a hellva ride Drew.

A couple of questions that Drew didn't answer. The rear-end was built/put together by Excessive Autosport here in Sioux Falls. Joey has done all the work on the car. Originally he was going to build it for himself, but never had time to finish it.

Drew will be running eight 160lb injectors.

Joey is the tuner for all of our cars. He has a long history of working with turbos and AEM. He has built some sick *** car - to include mine. It took a while for him to figure out the coil pack dwell. Now there isn't much he can't tune.

Drew didn't mention to 10-point - built by EAS.

It will be great. Side by side 8's - ready Drew?

Why spend all that money and cheap out on the crank?

Other than that, looks to be a nice build.
