Which casting heads are better 853's or 862's?

Hey guys i have a stock bottom end 5.3 and am changing the heads. The truck has a small turbo and will see a max of 8 pounds of boost. Just want some personal opinions of which heads i should go with either the truck 862's or the stock ls1 853 castings? Thanks guys!

i would use the 853 heads GL
