Default Brand new TTY main bolts vs ARP mains with built bottom end?

For a budget build can someone looking for around 800RWHP get away with brand new TTY GM main bolts or would ARP be needed? This will also be in a motor with forged crank and rods. Curious as to everyones take on this matter i would think that 6 bolts per main cap should suffice even when the bolts are stock.
