I know a good tune is the key but I am wondering if this could be a good thing to add on?

i would like to hear form anyone running one, sounds like its a very nice safety device.
any one have an idea on how to wire this up? it seems with it only sending out power after it has been signaled seems to make it a little tricky.

you guys with meth injection and msd 6010/6012 could jus use the nitrous retard function on the msd to retard and advance while on meth. i've got my 6012 timing profile retarded while off meth, and removing the retard(adding back 3*) when the meth is turned on. looking for a pressure switch(opens/closes over say 75psi) now that i can put on the meth pressure line to control the nitrous retard. not hard to do and adds some protection to the motor by removing timing if the meth kit jacks up, bringing timing down to a safe level somewhat.
how much are you guys really getting afr change while on meth? .5 afr?

this is definately a motor saver. A friend of mine uses one like it (only it kills the ignition if lean A/F or high EGT) on his turbo 3rd gen (has run as fast as 9.56@152) and when he was tuning a new set up it worked awesome! We all have a dendency to say just another second when we see it go lean but we are almost to the line. That extra second could mean Boom! we would run the car at first and it would go 300' and shut off. next run 600' then off due to lean' then out to 1000'. then full runs after that. had an odd lean condition after launching. might not have seen it go lean in the first 600' otherwise and lunched the motor. Just my $.02
