will a vic jr intake fit in a C5 with aci cowl hood?

on aci's website it says the hood gives 1.5 inches of extra clearence. is that enough? does anyone know how much higher a vic jr and regular elbow (not low profile) sits up higher than a normal ls6 intake on a C5?

I don't think so dude. Then if you could,..what would you put on it? NA/speed density with no elbow maybe. I'd be surprised if it fits.

I know there were a couple of elbows manufactured for it to fit. Dave Nitrous comes to mind but they can have some restriction issues on high CFM motors.

Pm zosickness he had a super vic and a cowl hood if I remember correctly. The vic jr sits lower. Im not sure the make of his hood tho.
