I spent about 20 minutes on the phone with those guys today explaining that they should buy it by the barrel and make the switch.

There will be no more clearance issues than a set of long tube header with a 3"

This why I have my meth tunes setup to pull a ton of timing and dump fuel as soon as IAT go above what normal meth IAT's are. Had my buddies D1SC stock bottom end gto have the meth pump quit on him several times @ 10lbs. Never once hurt the engine.

Soon as the temp got over 86 degrees my tune would of commanded 9 - 10 degrees timing and went 10.50 afr. No way you wouldn't notice it while driving and engine would live to see another day.

I have an idea to make meth one step safer. Made a sensor that monitors the IAT voltage, after it goes below a certain voltage. It sends a signal to your boost controller which would lower the boost. So say you have a race boost of 17 lbs, temp gets over 86 degrees. Your timing comes out, fuel is added and it goes back to the spring pressure boost of say 10 psi.
Yes! Most big rigs ECU's pull fuel out, and a pyrometer that monitors EGT's is what controls all of that.

Wow this kit is awesone. After I get this driveline upgraded I'll be looking at this kit. I had a 98 twinturbo z28 incon kit it was a nice ride but made nowhere near the power yours did. Good job on the kit very detailed and clean look to it

To many people are trying to point fingers.

Why hasn't anyone brought up the fact this engine was stock. Who knows what kind of abuse it took before the turbos. Who knows anything about this car?!?

It could just as easily be a very tired, very stock engine, that was on its way out in N/A trim. But everyone wants to take the easy way out by placing blame on the pump, the tuner, the kit, the installer, the brand of oil... Too many cooks in a really small kitchen.

By no means am I saying I know whats going on, but come on people. Wake up. You do not know everything, especially internet diagnosis.

The bottom line, this is a great kit and after they can throw some boost to a decent engine, it should go really really fast. Not to mention, if the car keeps growing, he can throw some T4 76's on that trick.

I gotta bring this back to life. This kit is too nice. This motor I believe was going to crap out anyway. The washer fluid might have prolonged that. But it was going to die. Here is what gets me excited. It was a tired motor and as stated by Chris more than likely was never as good as stock so what I see is a kit that added 300 rwhp to a crappy motor. If it would have been a well sealed motor it would have made even more.

here here you are correct sir
A 150,000 mile jasper reman engine from autozone went 10.80's gotta love it.

The 408 iron block is coming and it will show the true power of what we have created.

So how is this kit anyway? Was the install pretty straight forward? Wondering what motor size your running? Any numbers?
