Now some of the underside, although it is tough to get it without being on a rack. You can see two fan driven tranny coolers under the car where the gas tank use to go. One is fed by a pump and tother cooler is driven by the internal tranny pump. Lift pump in next set of pics.

More underside. I terminated all my hoses before reaching the engine compartment with aluminum brackets and bulkhead fittings. A little more expensive, but I won't have to fight long hoses if I remove stuff to work on it in the future. You can see the 4 coils mounted on the other side of those braided hoses.

On this first picture you can see where I mounted the coils. They are mounted on each side on the frame rails in the space where the BMR k member had allowances for 4" exhaust. Those spaces were much needed to not only mount the coils, but also to route all those hoses.

Tracy, not as carzy as that corvette you are building. You are one upping me and I like it because it forces me to step up my game. LOL. Anyway, I need to come over to Lafayette and see it in person.

The beast is finally running again. Man it takes time to do just a few tedious things.

I still have the Moran 235 injectors. I can get by with 160, but the car starts idles, and runs quite well with these so unless I can sell them for a reasonable price, I am just going with them. My only question is how low on fuel pressure can I go with the and still get a decent spray pattern. They are rated at 235 at 43.5 psi fuel pressure. I would like to turn down the pressure to about 35 psi at idle. I have reasons for this. Then the regulator would bring it up to 43.5 at around 8 psi. I just don't know I'f they will spray like crap at that low of pressure.

The reason I thought there may be an injector problem I that the car starts easiest when I pressure up the fuel system then shut the pump off and immediately start up. As soon as it starts I turn the pump back on. I believe it works best this way cause the fuel pressure is lower resulting in less fuel being injected. Just my theory. This is why I want to turn the pressure down. I am just not sure how the injectors will spray a that low pressure. I would then be running the car at that low pressure until the boost started going up.

Thanks TA02 and thanks everyone the compliments really keep me going because this is alot of work and money. I also accept constructive criticism. Phil has pointed several things in the past that needed to be changed and I appreciate that. This is my first super car so I am not an expert by far. The shifter is a Hurst Pistol Grip Quarter Stick for reverse valve body powerglide.

thanks for the info LOL well if this is your first super car build then I can only hope to be up to this caliber. You've got things sorted very nicely. Everything that you've done to the car seems well thought out and I can tell that you spent a lot of planning before you made decisions. Very nice car once again.
