How much power you expecting to make ?

That 102mm would probably support 2000hp with ease.

Even the stock 75mm TB can easily handle 1000hp

So what exactly are you proposing ?

For 100hp, or 10,000hp ?

I know what you're asking, but you're not giving any useful information to actually give an answer.

I'm in the same boat. I have a 102mm tb and I have a Treadstone TRST9 fmic. The intercooler has 3" inlet/outlet. Should I go 3" piping or 4" and neck down at the intercooler? Or a 4"to 3" bellow at the tb? I'm wanting to push my setup to over 1,000rwhp+.

With a properly sized IC core, 3" inlet/outlet will support more than you will ever make. Bump it up at the TB... or better yet sell that oversized TB and put a stocker on... Your not in NA land anymore!
