02's stoped reading in HP tuners

My 02 stoped reading in HPT. If the wires burnt would I get a CEL? 99vette with APS twin turbos. Having a hard time tracing the wires to see.

Can you explain what you mean by it stopped reading? Is it pinned high or low. I assume this is in ref. to the narrow band sensor/s?

They are reading 0

You could always remove them and check the output similar to the following link. This will give you a starting point. I know that failing with low output is common.
