Default PT88 Oil questions

Is anyone running a reducer on the feed side? I have a -4 feed and a -12 return and im getting oil blowing out into the exhaust housing.... I want to make sure its not a feed issue before replacing the seals.

That combo should not be smoking. You either have a drain problem or the turbo needs rebuilt.

No restrictor just straight -4 off the port above the oil filter. The -12 drain is sloped down at maybe a 20 degree angle for the first 12" and the levels off a little bit to about a 15degree angle before running into the oil pan above the fluid level

I had a similar problem with a good MP T70.
It would smoke after 80 PSI of oil pressure.

I put on a TC76 and no more issues.....T-Netics has a built in screen/restriction and specify -4 inlet, -10 oulet with no 90's...I have a 90 though...
