Default Crane 224/224 .551/551 114LSA for turbo 5.3

Building a turbo 5.3L street car. The engine will have stock bottom end and heads. Plan on using a MP T70 with .68 a/r.

I'm looking at a used Crane 1449591 224/224 .551/551 114LSA.

Would this be a good cam for my setup? or should I wait for something better. I'm looking for a cam under $200. How would this compare to the z06 cam?

Thanks!

.68 A/R is WAY TOO SMALL of an exhaust housing for that motor unless you are doing twins. I would highly recommend that you do the .96 A/R. You could go a little more cam without sacrificing anything as well.
