5.3 build question's

Ive been throwing around the idea of doing a 5.3 as i am seeing more and more that the ls1's ringlands let go to often. I have a single racetronix pump with hot wire kit. Do y'all think it will support my goals with some 60 pounders? Goal is to make 500-550rwhp.

Looking to do some mild ported 243's, tu1 cam, and a edelbrock pro-flo.

What size turbo would be good for this build?

Need more info. Are you really going to be happy with 500rwhp? Drag racing or street car? For that power a Turbonetics TC76 would be fine or even a cheap ass ON3 76mm. A Precision 76 would give you a little more room to grow and is a small turbo packaging wise.

Yes I would be more then happy with 500rwhp. Im in college so The bigger build will come later. I was looking to run a magnum 76mm turbo as rob from modular turbo is building me a nice turbo kit. This is a full time street car I have owned it for 9 years and have been to the track less then 10 times. I am coming from a bolt on ls1 that made 350ish to the wheels so 500-550 would be plenty for now. Don't want to get to far ahead of myself. I can always go back and change the fuel pump to a dual later and push the little 5.3 to the limit.

Will also run a front mount with a jgs BOV and WG

I have the racetronix kit and same 60lb inj as you and mine are at less than 80% with no boost a pump and making 450rwhp with a4 and stock converter unlocked @ 6000rpm. Short answer, yes...
