I see in your sig you have a gt91? I am finishing up my build with that same turbo. DO you like it? What exhaust ar and t4 or t6? I ran a eagle budget 4340 crank a few years back in a 406 gen 1 small block making around 900 at the crank on the gas and it never failed. I think that crank was only rated around 650hp. I have an eagle crank in my 408 right now. Not really sure what its rated to, but can imagine I will go past that with the turbo I have on it.

Yeah for a budget turbo it works great, it is a T6 and I am running a 1.38 exhaust a/r.

Sounds like a plan. I ordered my 411 pcm yesterday. I'll be starting that swap probably next weekend.

Yep I made it to the track last night. had some minor issues but over all it was a good night. All passes were on low boost 6.5 psi

first pass off the trailer

10.28@134 with a 1.9 60' two step at about 3200 rpm

2nd pass
raised the two 3600 rpm car felt like it bogged a little nothing major 1.8 60' I don't remember the rest of the pass.

3rd pass
3800 rpm 2 step car fell on its face. I thought I had my foot on the brake pedal a little not letting my secondary 2 step stay on.

4th pass I removed the 2 step just for testing and noticed the car was loading up on the trans brake.

I went back to the pits and worked on the tune when on the trans brake.

5th pass 1.5 60' still a little rich on the trans brake but ok 10.20@134.1mph

I will note that my shift light wasn't working I think I may have snagged a wire for if when I was fixing some relays the other week.

My next outting will be in another week of 2 and I plan on truning up the boost then

I got your e-mail I have just been really busy and haven't always had my laptop with me to send that to you. I will try and send it tonight.

I will also look at my logs tonight to see what my IAT's looked like. My guess it HOT

Haha I'm sure they were. Mine were steaming last time I went. No rush. My car will be down here shortly for the pcm swap.

Well just looked through my logs quick. Last pass I shifted out of 1st at 6100 rpm and 6000 rpm into 3rd.

Also my IAT's were only were 124 at the begining of the pass and 120 by the end. I guess my A2A is doing pretty good. I also plan on hooking my Meth back up in the next couple weeks for some high boost stuff and just to help reduce my IAT's. outside temps were around 80 and it was humid.

That's really good. Mine started out at 129 and ended at 155. It was in the 90's though and 100% humidity.

how do you run a 10.28 with a 1.9 60' and a 10.20 with a 1.5 60' at the same mph?

Nice runs.

I think Shifting way to early 6100 rpm out of 1st and 6000 out of 2nd. I normally shift around 6600. Either way I know I can lean the car out more on the trans brake yet. so the plan is to go down and run a 9.8 on 6.5 psi then turn things up to 14 psi
