Opinions on 6.0 build I have spent lots of hours reading on the site and appreciate all the views and builds available to follow up on but now onto my own.
1989 Nissan 240sx hatch, 6 point cage, Tein Coilovers, gutted etc. low km's chassis with little to no rust. Was a RB25 car but sick of sourcing parts and UN-reliable horsepower / :
LQ4 6.0
Kaltech Rod bolts
Arp head studs
Cometic head gasket
Flipped headers
Z06 Cam
Gt4094R Garrett 1.06 AR
LS6 intake (May go Vic Jr with elbow)
38mm waste gate
50mm bov
large fmic
60lb Bosch injectors
E-Boost 2
AEM Wideband
-8 an fuel lines with return ~ duel filter's ~ Fuel lab AFPR
Walbro 400lph
T56 ~ LS7 clutch
This is everything other then some aesthetics like valve covers etc. Tuner mentioned HPtuners would be a good start for tuning options would like to run a standalone again in the future but this is all I got so far. My 240 weighs in around the 2300lbs no drivetrain most likely will have traction issues.
I had this turbo left over form another build prior. I believe I should see around the 500whp mark with this setup.
Any input would be greatly appreciated, oil pump? Crank dampner?
And again big thanks for all the great info, I truly am sick of seeing wicked numbers on all the LS cars that come through our work and not have one myself!!!
