BruteSpeed / EPP blower cam - users!

Heard lots about this cam! From both N/A setups and FI centrifugal setups.

Was planning on throwing this in a 347 LS6. Is this too much for street drivability? People with 390ci seem to use the same cam (which would be tame vs being used in a 347)

So what displacement do you guys typically run with this cam?

Do a search. A lot of people use this cam. Myself included. Been in my 347 for 3 years now. My car has been NA and FI with this cam. I have had bigger cams NA also. This one drives fine.

346 with this cam and no problems.

Anyone have video or sound clips of how it sounds? I have this cam also but have not fired my block up yet, I would like to hear it..

Have one in an 06" GTO. Cam only with long tubes and a FAST 102 it made 438rwhp and drives great.

Ran 9.88 @134 with a 131. 60 ft.
347 Epp/Brutespeed cam blowing through the converter. This cam will work fine for you. I drive my car over an hour to the track on the highway, very streetable.

I have the cam on my 347ci Turbo ZO6 The drivability is awesome, sounds great and pulls hard even when the car was N/A
I'd use it in 346-400ci

And of course Bob is da man :D

blue00ZZleeper 07-22-2012 10:12 PM

I agree with Venom. Cam sounds great, works in a lot of different combos and seems to be pretty good up to and into the lower 400ci range. Run the cam, you'll love it and it will perform well. Its also not a hard cam for tuners to dial in....

Got one to go on my iron 347. I can't wait to get that motor finished up and installed!
