Default building my 1st turbo motor need your head suggestions

im in the process of building a " pro touring " 67 camaro

b/c of many of the treads on this site i have decided to go the ls + turbo + 4l80 route for this build
id really like to see a streetable and dependable 650 - 700 hp out of the setup

as of right now i have
5.3 ls complete pull out , everything that was in the 2001 silverado to make it run
ls6 intake
ported ls6 tb
some 60 pd fuel injectors but no rails as of yet.

living in memphis i have friends at comp and plan on using their valvetrain
custom cam, springs , push rods ect....

as of right now i am also not dead set on the exact turbo either, but my plan is to start small with the potential to upgrade ( engine and turbo at a later date )

for my first thread about this build my first question is what is the best budget set of heads for me to go with?
for the initial build for this car i plan on using stock parts as much as possible to keep the initail cost of the build down to get the car on the road.
also i will be having my first crack at tuning and i figure if i make a costly mistake, stock parts are not as costly.

keep the 5.3's? go to ls6 heads?
other suggestions?

im fairly new to the ls world
i appreciate all of your input.

I would do the stock heads with maybe a little self port work on the exhaust side. I would recomend a sfi flexplate also because i have heard some horror stories of breaking them at 500whp and destroying everything. Maybe a set of arp rod bolts.

700 flywheel will be pretty easy to achieve if the tune is right, my opinion keep the 5.3 heads on it for now, as those are payed for, where a good set of 243 will cost any where from 350 600 bucks, this being the first car you will be tuning I would keep it as it is,
if you do make a mistake in the tune and blow a piston a part your not beating up the 243.
a 76mm turbo will give some room to grow but a good 70 will get to the power you are looking for now
spray meth to keep it safe, head studs and rod bolt will help the engine stay alive
when you get the money saved to build a forged block, start turning up the boost on the 5.3 and be amazed on what them lil bastereds can put out
