you have to ask why is it hitting 26 lbs of boost? what waste gate spring are you on?

i would be concerned why its hitting so much boost if the wastegate spring is not even close.

also, I would do it right as far as getting the map reading right. you dont want to hurt it and have the haters(you know who Im talking about, laughing, although it seems like the one called BW has seen the truth)

I only have 5lb springs on it. Yeah, I hear you. I will try and get it upgraded to the 3 bar map OS this week.

How are the turbos holding up? What feed/return size line did you use for them? Thanks.

Turbo's are holding up fine. I am still using a -6 feed line to a Y fitting and then -4's to each turbo. However, Denmah sent me a link for some oil restrictors that are built in to the flange. I put those on and have no more oil smoke coming off the turbo's. I think it is a .065 restrictor.

That could just be creep. Did you post a good picture of your WG pipe routing off of the approach to the turbine?

It's just a mechanical boost guage but even if the guage is off just by feel I know it's 20 plus. I don' t have a pic of the wastegate but it is JGS 44 mm. I have one in line right off the exhaust and heading in the same direction. They go into the atmosphere. It has to do with my manual boost controller because if I don't use it I only get the 5lbs. The ON3's don't have a provision for the boost port so I just run it from the wastegates and read boost from the back of the intake elbow.

You can see on the first video my boost guage. It slowly raises and then pegs it at 20-25lbs. Post number 147 about a 1 min and 5 seconds into it. It is the guage furthest to the left.

It's not hooked up backwards but I guess it could be bad and leaking or something. Maybe I will just swap it out. It's just a cheap little one you use on air compressors.

My car is painted a Gun Metal Grey. Same color as my father n laws 2006 Dodge Ram. We added a little extra Pearl to it. I wanted something that matched my personality. lol We call the car "Black Death" but wanted something very Sinister looking. It has alll original suspension, and interior, bumpers, panels, etc...

Thank you. I am very happy with it. I just have a few more subtle touches to do to it. Other than that I have pretty much waited my whole life to have a car like this. Hopefully, I get to enjoy for the next 10 years at which time it will belong to my 8 year old son, assuming he graduates High School with at least a B average.

I know it is probably the wrong place to admit it (name brand, yikes!), but I always used the Halman Pro controller with zero issues.
