I'd be on a shop steps if he was still running it, or I would find a better attorney.

This scam happens all the time. I know of another one similar. They open a business w/ a certain name... make it look legit, legally document it, legally document a crisis or something that financially cripples it... but prior to this slowly remove all assets or never list a lot of the stuff as assets to begin with. Then any customer doing business with them when that business files bankruptcy is out everything and then the structure of what made it a bussiness that was never listed as assets gets moved to a friend or relatives house and the whole process repeats itself. On paper its legit and looks fine.
As long as you have a bunch of crooked friends and relatives you can do this forever and the laws protect you.

This thread still gets to me, I even paypaled him money last year to help his debt out...

It will happen again to his new business, bad management and poor business ethics will never escape you.. Some people should stick to welding pipes and not go into business for themselves, save yourself the embarrassment..

What website and what is his screen name?

If the website erases what's said then what's stopping people from private messaging anyone he speaks with, and send them a link to this thread?

I for one would be happy to troll all his posts and send these people a link to this.

I actually tried to post a link to a for sale thread by him a few weeks ago where he sold a rifle. My point on that was why didn't he send the $1300 he sold the rifle for, to someone he owed money to. The local board guys erased my post about it. So I started a thread about how I was disgusted to be from Bowling Green when people there had ripped off others from the web, and within 2 minutes it was deleted and I was unable to post. The board is www.bowlinggreenmustangs.com, and his screen name now is WickedRed. They've now got registration closed to where new members aren't accepted without approval from a moderator, so it's pretty well locked down. I wasn't able to post still the last time I was there, may have to try again...

He used to be a site sponsor on that board, and in the thread I started, I linked to this thread. I figure that's why they deleted it so quick. I've not seen him pushing any services on the board other than helping a "friend" (RTRBURN) build his chassis. Josh said he was doing the welding, and someone asked where they were working on it. Ryan said it was the old Ky Turbo shop, and Josh quickly replied that the thread wasn't anything to do with Ky Turbo, they were just using the space. So that pretty well shows me that he's still working out of that shop, probably just under the table now.

OK so after 40+ pages, I am going to offer my help in this matter. I am a Forensic Accountant and I will help put all of the financial information together if legal action is being or wants to be pursued. If you are interested, send me an email to D.Robinson.Forensic@gmail.com and I'll tell you what I need from you. Talk is cheap, lets get this dude and now. If you have a lawyer that you want to use (I recommend that if you do want to pursue legal action that everyone involved pitch in and hire a single lawyer), include his/her name & contact information as well.

I did too, I sent him $100.00 to help him out. I thought it was a little odd I didn't get a thanks from him, but I figured he was busy.

he was too busy laughing at people sending him more free money. i dunno who to feel worse for, people who in good faith sent him money to help, or the people he outright scammed.

im proud to say i didnt donate to that lying *******. "oh yea bubba thats a easy kit to build, **** ill have that done in 4-6 weeks no worries bubba". 6 months later...., atleast i got it unlike these unlucky guys. i knew what was up (kind of person he really was and the lies he told) when the donations started rolling into him, i would have nothing to do with it. too bad he had people on his side to delete any negative feedback on here, or i never would have dealt with him.

Everytime I come back to this thread it pisses me off that this guy has done this to all the guys on here. Especially craig382 for losing over 20 grand to him. If you guys that have lost money to this ******* get together and put a lawsuit against him, I have $250.00 I will donate to the attorney you all get. Plus I will donate more if I know this is going in the right direction to nail his *** to the wall.
