a couple q's for you pros

Ok before i get bashed I did search... I just want a quick answer basically.
1-I remember reading that fast intakes dont handle boost well. To what psi are they safe? will I get away with 7-10 psi without problems?
2- I want to upgrade the block down the road and cranking the boost up and was thinking about using these injectors in the mean time and grow into them. FIC Flow Max 1000cc High Impedance Injectors. Anyone have experience with these at the lower power setting im going to be at in the mean time? will it be driveable and tuneable on the stock ECM? Thanks in advance

The FAST 92 handles boost much better than the older FAST 90. You should not have any problems with it, I've seen them handle 14 to 16 psi with no problems.

I can't tell you how those 95lb injectors will work at a low boost setting, hopefully someone can chime in. Bob

Thanks for the input bob. Guess Ill upgrade the intake later as well but good to know it will work for now.

You're welcome. The FAST 92 is a good intake, you shouldn't have any problems with it. Bob

sweet, where did you get yours from? TSP has em at 599, hoping to get them cheaper.

STRAIGHT FROM FIC. zr1 injectors opened up to 95lbs at 43, so they are actually 112 at gm pressure
I think it was right at the 600 mark for them
