Motor is in, here are some updates:

C5 to C6 cradle swap

Belt on. For those who say there are alignment issue with the A&A Bracket and a F-Series, it is not that bad, a small washer served as a spacer and put it right in alignment.

Had to shave the back tabs off the alternator to get it to line up with the 8 rib pulley, but had ZERO issue after this was done.

Putin in work with the forklift again

RST Install

And its in

Looks great. What is the advantage of going to the c6 cradle vs the c5?

<3 VHT Wrinkle

Nice build. Wish I could fit a procharger like that.

Thanks my friend.

Have to build a trailer to fit both Jeffs and my car, IF I get that done yes. New truck will be in order too.

That is an easy thing.

Have to use it to swap the 6060 and diff in. It is actually a better mount setup than the c5 as well.

UPDATE TIME. tons done so close I can see the end.

Picked up trans yesterday which was a killer start to the day:

Fuel system stuff showed up thanks to Jamie the bad *** at Race Part Solutions

New non return filter

New -6an return plumbed and new filter installed

Trans and diff mated

Hole cut in torque tube for the C6 Z06 trans pump line

Cooler bypass line built and plumbed

RKT56 offset mounts

All together, Found out the hard way the mounts were labeled wrong.

Bring on the forklift

Like a glove

And got the suspension and brakes done. Had to call it a night, was worn out.

Dude this is such a badass build, I just read all 6 pages but didn't see or might have just missed it... Are you running the stock bottom end? If so how many miles? I'm thinking of doing a blown 5.3 in my 02 z28

West gives me hope haha, but I can't wait to hear the car. That's a monster s/c, I'm not a fan of prochargers sound but that's just based on what I have seen in person so I'm excited to hear this one.

Your car is wrapped isn't it? I'm surprised it is so shiney. I have a high rise hood and wanna get the tpe flared 1/4 and dunno if I wanna wrap the car or paint it electron blue. Was also debating on the zr front fenders.

Bad *** build. Can't believe you are doing a f1c on a stock bottom end 5.3. Also I think your fuel system is extremely small. I would at minimum done all -8 from pump to tank with a return.

Can't wait to see how it all turns out soon before I take my car apart

Also what was the reason for the line from the back of the trans to the front. I would understand it more if it had a pump. What purpose does it serve?

Yes wrapped matte white.

Should be a fun build with the motor making some power, maybe a little lazy we shall see.

I have -10 feed to -8 to the rails and regulator and -6 return. Not sure where or why you would even think that is remotely too small.

And lets see C6 Z06 TR6060 have a trans pump for the cooler. I am not running the cooler as it is not needed since I don't road race, so I looped.

Oh. I only seen the part about the -6 fuel line and thought that was it. so I was like there is no way. But yea that's a great fuel setup. And didn't know the tr6060 had a pump. So that makes sense looping it

Nope, I am doing overkill with the E85. Had -10 feed and -8 lines from another build. Should support upwards of 1000 whp into the future with a pump swap.
