twin gt45's to small for 408? hey guys i was wondering if twin gt45's would be a nice combo with a 9:5:1 408? ported 317s and a 4l80? i have the 67mm ones(not sure if there is another size) there T3/4 housings and i think the ar is .81 |
The common GT45 size is 69mm compressor, 77mm turbine with a 1.05 AR. What's the turbine wheel and is it T3 or T4? |
I'll have to check the wheel size. Also I'm not sure if its a T3or4 how do you tell ? I have only had T6 stuff before lol |

i believe they both mean y2004k gt45 turbos. Which generally are good for around 700 hp per turbo. I think it would be a little slow for spooling but would be a beast up top. |

That is a REALLY big turbo for twins. I don't know if you'd ever get them spooled properly. |
The exhaust side of the turbo is pretty big. Maybe a QSV will help things out. |
