Building a kit for a customers Fox Body with an LSx swap.
*T6 Borg Warner
*5" down pipe
*all stainless steel, TIG welded and back purged hot side!
*full 4" Aluminum Cold side
*V-banded throttle body
*4" inlet and outlet 27x12x4" core FMIC with custom brackets
*Truck manifold based

Thanks guys! We could certainly look into making jigs for this kit or one similar to sell, absolutely! It would all be done in house just as this was. As you can see for this build, some minor trimming to the car was done to get the turbo exactly where we wanted it and such.

For the 3rd Gen, bring the car on up and we can build whatever you like!

SN95, I am unsure as I have never seen an LSx swapped SN95 in person, but bring it on up and we will build it! :cool:

Is that the complete down pipe or y'all adding on to it?

This customer wanted it simply dumped to the ground so this one will end there, however we could certainly take it elsewhere! :cheers:

Do you have a picture of the waste gate location?

I think an LS mustang turbo hotside would be a good seller. I might have a few buyers if you produce this kit.

You must not be following my build, I'm in the process of doing exactly that.

Question, wouldn't a long radius 90 degree bend not have worked in pic #9?
Just kinda curious if its at a weird bend or something that I can't see.
Really awesome welds to btw! Whole kit looks top notch!

We ended up having to use a different bend on that tube for wastegate location to work how we needed it actually.

THis entire kit was custom built on the car. As you can see we notched the frame and such in areas to be able to mount the charger where we did. Therefore we do not offer this for sale as a shipping item, it would require your car in house to build and it would all be built to your specs! :cheers:

we are slowly moving forward on the mustang kit. its turning out pretty awesome!

as of right now, It will be a t4 kit. but I think once we get everything wrapped up, were going to work on a t6 kit, that shares the same manifolds as the t4 kits.

trying to make something for everyone like we have done with the f bodies!

Kit would be awesome.. I've been talking to a few connections I have in the welding department but judging by the quality of the last picture you posted... that kit looks amazing. You'd have a customer here!

Is this your guys intercooler. If so how much does it cost?

It was modified with brackets welded onto the end tanks to bolt to the vehicle, we do not sell them, it was one-off. Sorry!
