Default Newbie at FI with a twin turbo kit

Where to start, Where to start!
Ok I'll tell you the background of the car and the future projections. I have a 99 z28 with forged bottom end, 9.1:1 CR, built 4l60e, Moser 12 bolt. Bought a twin turbo kit about a year ago and have YET to install it! Mostly because I know I'm doing something beyond my experience level and funds aren't immaculate. Ready to start, still nervous and I'm going to need a lot of help from yall! My goal is 700whp, hopefully only have to go about 14-15 lbs to obtain that. First few questions are-
1. What plugs should I use now I'm dropping into a colder range? TR6?
2. How big of injectors? 80/96?
3. I have a 255 fuel pump in the back, should I do another one or a 340?
4. How should I go about this build? Already tore out the headers, plugs, coils, lid, TB.

If you have any other questions of the setup, feel free to ask.

6's are fine, but to be safe go ahead and grab some 7's. if you can plumb your own 2nd 255 you can save money and get the fuel you need. Mighty Mouse has a thread on here somewhere about doing that. the setup seems strong other than the 60e. may want to sell it while you can and grab a MVB TH400. 14-15 lbs should get you over that fairly easily. id go ahead and get bigger injectors than I needed. in your case FIC 1000's would be great. possibly even 127's if you think you may want more power in the future or swap to E85.

Okay, Ill get the 7's. I'll look up that write up and end up doing it myself. I know that 60e would be the weak point. Hate to say that but I'll probably wait till the 60e gets done before I go for the 400. That'd be awesome if I could hit that before 15lbs. Ok I'll look up 96+ injectors, try and find em used!
