Default What turbo for 1000rwhp 370ci lq9?

I'm looking to build a 370ci lq9 and my goal is 1000 rwhp at the least. I was going to use a PT88 turbo but a lot of people have said that the PT88 will choke it up because the turbine wheel is too small, so I was just wondering what turbo to use for my goal of 1000rwhp. I'm looking to use a precision turbo. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Any reason for precision only? You can get a billet 76 or 80 borg warner unit for half the price. Billet 80mm has made 1289 already in a 370

Was the Borg Warner 80mm making 1289 at the wheels or at the crank?

I have a 9" but I will be running the turbo 400 that I currently have and will throw 3.08 or so gears back there as I have 4.56s right now lol. So is the bw a ball bearing turbo?

Would work legit also, but a BW S480 will get the job done for you as well. What fuel will you be running?

The s480 is hard to beat for the price and performance.

The PT91.5 wouldn't be too big for a 370ci would it?

S480 would be the best bang for the buck.
