Gonna need way more info than that to get an answer. Whats the combo? HP goal? Motor specifics? Turbo specifics?

Too high of a stall and too low rear end gears for a street turbo setup. I recommend 3200 stall and 3.27 range gears.

It is better to lug the engine down low with 'highway' gears to build boost and the slippery stall will not allow this to happen.

If you keep that stall, consider dropping the rear gear to 3.23 or 2.73, otherwise you'll be blowing through your gears faster than you can build boost.

Are you running 1/4 or 1/8th mile track?

Agree, 80lb injectors will be fine. Also agree on the stall and rear gears too much for a street turbo set up.

3.23 rear gears and a 3200 stall should be on the money for it.

Definitely drop down to 3.23s, regardless. I'd like to see what it would do with the 4200 stall and 3.23s. Jumping right into the power band would help launch (in theory), and the 3.23 gears will help load the turbo and let you wind out gears. If you have the time, maybe put it together with the 4200 and see what it does (with the 3.23s) before you send it back to be re-stalled. If they're going to do a straight swap (and it has to be unused) then just send back and get the 3200.

I'll sell you mine! I'm looking for a custom grind for my convertible.

I'm very likely going with: 228/234 .588/.598 on 114 LSA

I put one (228/234) in my 4.8 build (in progress). It will hopefully spool the turbo up fast, once I get the car back from my body guy and the engine put in. Waiting.... waiting... waiting... uggh.

You might hit up Martin Tick Performance. He's pretty reputable for spec'ing cams and could either spec a custom one or has one off his shelf that will work good for you.
