Default twin turbo fueling questions

I cant decide on my fuel set up. The problem is most gas stations in my area only offer 87 or 89 octane fuel. I can get e85, but have to drive an half hour to get it. 91 and up octane is about an hour away.

My set up is LQ4. Twin 62mm. Vic jr elbow. Cam to be determined (leanning toward TU 1.5) I have 80lbs injectors and HP tuners. Im looking for 800rwhp threw my T56.

I was thinking on doing pump gas and meth, but not sure if it would be enough octane. The other option was turing the base fuel pressure up and running E85. But scared I might need fuel sometime on a trip and can find the stuff. What are your thoughts or ideas?

Thanks!

Get one of these and you can run either e85 or pump or mix them.

What vehicle is it out of? If you physically have it in hand, it might say on it or you could do a search for the part number to see if it reveals anything.

Anyone tell me if my 0411 pmc can be converted to flex fuel as shown in the link above?

I don't think it will. The ECM you have is pre flex fuel I believe. There are tables inside the ECMs that allow for flex fuel that need activated (from the link). I suppose you could get one of the listed ECMs from the link.

However, I suggest you go over to HPTuners and poke around that board or ask questions there. I barely know anything about this stuff. I just happen to be friends with Steck.

If you have facebook, you could go to his page (DSX Tuning) and send him a message.
